# SURD Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SURD Technologies, Inc. governing your access to and use of the SURD mobile application and web platforms.

## 1. Account Registration & Security
Users must be at least 13 years old. You agree to authenticate through valid Google Sign-In or verified email OTP and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all actions conducted under your account.

## 2. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassing, threatening, defaming, bullying, or stalking community members.
- Posting sexually explicit imagery, non-consensual media, or graphic violence.
- Doxxing or attempting to unmask identities of participants in anonymous group chats.
- Distributing spam, fraudulent schemes, or unauthorized commercial advertisements.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to breach platform security and rate limits.

## 3. Intellectual Property & User Content
Users retain ownership of content they publish. By posting content to shared feeds and community backchannels, you grant SURD a limited license to transmit, store, and display this content to deliver the service. SURD branding, software, and proprietary designs remain the property of SURD Technologies, Inc.

## 4. Moderation & Suspension
SURD enforces active community moderation. Any notice or content receiving excessive reports or violating community safety will be automatically removed and author privileges may be suspended.
