These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SURD Technologies, Inc. governing your access to and use of the SURD mobile application and web platforms. By accessing or using SURD, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 13 years old to use SURD. You agree to authenticate through valid Google Sign-In or verified email OTP and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all actions conducted under your account credentials.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on SURD:

• Harassing, threatening, defaming, bullying, or stalking others.
• Posting sexually explicit imagery, non-consensual media, or violence.
• Doxxing or revealing personal identities of participants in anonymous group chats.
• Distributing spam, malware, phishing links, or unauthorized advertisements.
• Attempting to compromise the security, reverse engineer, or crawl our platform.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By sharing content on public feeds and chat rooms, you grant SURD a non-exclusive license to host and transmit this content solely for operating the platform. SURD's branding, designs, and code remain the sole property of SURD Technologies, Inc.

4. Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to investigate reports, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.
