# SURD Community Guidelines

SURD brings together college students, campus circles, and local businesses. To preserve trust, authenticity, and safety, every member must treat others respectfully.

## 1. Respect & Inclusion
Harassment, personal attacks, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation of any form are strictly prohibited.

## 2. Anonymous Group Chat Ethics
Anonymity in SURD provides safe campus dialogue without fear of social judgment. However, anonymity must never be weaponized. Doxxing (revealing someone's real identity, personal phone, address, or academic records) or spreading malicious defamatory rumors results in an instant, permanent account ban.

## 3. Safety & Prohibited Content
- No sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual media.
- No depiction or promotion of self-harm or violence.
- No fraudulent activities, scamming, or illegal transactions.

## 4. Child Safety Standards (Zero Tolerance)
SURD enforces an unconditional zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Violations trigger immediate bans and reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
